Amazing views from the balcony, seemed like paradise.
The parking situation was a complete nightmare. I found myself driving around endlessly, searching for a spot to leave my car. The double room I stayed in was cramped. The bed was too soft for my liking, affecting my sleep quality as bad back sufferers.

The staff was excellent - I would go back in flash. I had quiet 2-night stay here! Loved the location complimentary in the conservatory. Local fast food option Rother Grill was 5 minutes walk away. I booked functional gorgeous room with a beautiful view. Extras like an electric kettle, central heating and iron/ironing board were appreciated.

The complimentary homemade cakes each day were a good surprise and added a charming personal touch to our stay.
The curtains in our room allowed too much light in, waking us up earlier than desired.

I was offered a room with superb views across the park and the sea beyond. I slept in the exceptionally comfortable bed. The hotel was in a central setting complimentary in the conservatory. I randomly popped in Hard Rock Cafe serving some pastries, located relatively close to the property, it was nice.

Oh mate, the food here was sensational! The homemade cakes were a daily highlight, especially that ginger cake-absolute bliss! Rich and Katie's hospitality was the cherry on top.
If I'm being cheeky, the bed was a tad soft for my bad back, but that's just us being picky. Everything else was spot on!

During my stay for a short getaway, the homemade cakes were definitely the standout feature. Each day started on a sweet note with fresh treats, and the balcony offered a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast while soaking in the sea view. The area is fantastic for exploring, with the beach just a short walk away, and Eastbourne Pier is pretty close for some fun. it was a delightful experience.

The Beautiful Double Room with Balcony and Sea View was cozy and had very nice views of the ocean. The four poster bed was super comfy, and I loved having a fridge stocked with water and milk. Rich and Katie's homemade cakes were a real treat each day. Everything felt really clean and fresh, it was a lovely spot to unwind. Just a slight downside, it could get a bit warm at night, but overall, it was such a nice space to relax in.

The balcony overlooking the sea was like having a front-row seat to a captivating nature documentary. Waking up to the gentle sound of waves and seagulls felt like being serenaded by a chorus of tranquility. As the sun set, it painted the sky a masterpiece of colors, making every evening a visual feast.
Slightly snug room size.
